Ramen Nabe(Noddle Hot One Pot)

  • Ramen Noodle 6 packs (5.3oz/pack)
  • Ham 6 slices
  • Spinach 120g(4.3 oz)
  • Bean sprouts 360g(12.7oz)
  • Radish sprouts(or broccoli sprouts) 120g(4.2oz)
  • Frozen corn 120g(4.2oz)
  • Scallion 60g(2.1oz)
  • Chicken stock soup 7 1/5 cups
  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Salt and Pepper a pinch


1.Cut spinach into 1 inch length and chop scallion finely.

2.Boil the water in a pan, add Ramen noodle and cook 1 minute. Take them out in to a colander, expose them water.

3.Add chicken stock soup, soy sauce, bean sprouts, frozen corn and ham in the nabe. Once soup boils, add Ramen noodle, pepper and salt. In the end, place chopped scallion and radish sprouts on the top
